Primary SEN Teaching Assistant | 1:1 Support | Local Primary Schools. Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only). Salary: £92.56 - £95 per day (Weekly Pay). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term. Job Responsibility

  • Personalised 1:1 Support: Implement tailored activities to meet EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets
  • Sensory & Visual Learning: Utilise creative tools such as PECS, Now & Next boards, and sensory breaks
  • Holistic Care: Support children with social skills, emotional regulation, and personal care needs where required
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Class Teacher and SENCO to create a safe, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment

Requirements

  • Naturally Patient
  • Relevant Experience: from a school, nursery, healthcare, or personal lived experience with SEND
  • Strong Communicator
  • Committed: hold an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply) and 100% dedicated to Safeguarding and child welfare
