SEN Teaching Assistant

• Monitor and provide feedback on pupil behaviour, relationships, and attitudes
• Encourage positive conduct and concentration, responding effectively to behavioural changes
• Develop positive rapport with pupils to foster a secure and engaging learning environment
• Support independence and personal growth while maintaining high standards of behaviour
• Deliver and adapt learning activities under teacher guidance, reinforcing key concepts
• Organise and provide resources to support lesson objectives
• Facilitate inclusive learning experiences that promote achievement across all curriculum areas

• A patient, caring and positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable
