Job Description

SEN Teaching Assistant | Specialist Education Support. Location: Crawley. Pay: £90.00 - £95.00 per day. Contract: Full-Time / Long-Term (Term Time Only). Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (approx.). The Opportunity: Are you driven by the desire to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for resilient, empathetic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join specialist educational teams across Crawley. This isn't just a 'fill-in' role; we are looking for individuals who crave stability and want to build deep, meaningful bonds with their pupils. You will be a cornerstone of their development, helping students with complex needs-including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)-to flourish both in and out of the classroom.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD)

  • Ideally a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or significant equivalent experience
