Job Description:

SEN Teaching Assistant position at a fantastic SEN Primary School in Bexley, Kent. The school provides additional training and supports kickstarting education careers with Salaried Teacher Training opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting a variety of SEN: Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD and behavioural difficulties
1:1 and group support – In and out of the classroom
Working across either EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Working alongside therapists, councillors and SEN Teachers
Attending weekly training sessions

Requirements:

Degree from a reputable University
Outgoing, forward-thinking and creative personality
Willingness to learn and get stuck in multiple roles
Strong understanding of SEN
Previous SEN experience in either a working or personal level would be desirable

Nice to have:

Previous SEN experience in either a working or personal level
