Job Description:

Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant position to enhance and add value to the school's SEN pupil's day-to-day learning experience. Working alongside onsite Therapists, Class teachers and SENCO to evaluate student performance, create tailored action plans and deliver personalised support sessions.

Job Responsibility:

Working alongside students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Providing dedicated in-class support for both the lead teacher and students
Hold effective 1:1 and group support sessions for SEN pupils
Supporting needs such as ASD, PMLD, SLD, SP&L and more
Working alongside Therapists, Class teachers and SENDCO regarding student progression

Requirements:

Psychology Graduate
Be able to effectively work well in a wider team
Have a genuine interest and passion for working with SEN pupils (ADHD, ASD etc)
A hardworking, resilient, and driven individual
