Job Description:

Are you looking to build a long-term career in Special Educational Needs? A welcoming school in Redhill is looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or SEN coordination.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting students with ASD, speech & language needs, and SEMH
  • Implementing individual learning plans
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and parents
  • Encouraging independence and confidence in learners

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above)
  • Experience in education or care settings preferred
  • DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
