Job Responsibility

  • Provide vital stability for students who need a calm, consistent, and supportive adult during their school day
  • Support specialist schools in Plymouth
  • Manage challenging behaviours and support emotional regulation
  • Use de-escalation techniques effectively in high-pressure moments
