Requirements:
Proven experience in supporting pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD)
Resilience, patience, and nurturing ability
Commitment to a long-term, consistent position
Ability to build rapport with children, colleagues, and parents
Ideally, a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or significant equivalent experience)
Nice to have:
Ability to track progression in attainment
Background in youth work
Experience in administering medication
