We are looking for resilient, empathetic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join specialist educational teams across Crawley. You will be a cornerstone of their development, helping students with complex needs-including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)-to flourish both in and out of the classroom.

Requirements:

Proven experience in supporting pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD)
Resilience, patience, and nurturing ability
Commitment to a long-term, consistent position
Ability to build rapport with children, colleagues, and parents
Ideally, a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or significant equivalent experience)

Ability to track progression in attainment

Experience in administering medication
