SEN Teaching Assistant

• Work in small classes of just 6-10 pupils, offering whole-class and 1:1 support
• Build strong foundations of trust with learners who have previously struggled in education
• Support a child-led curriculum including Horticulture, Forest School, Equine Studies, Creative arts, Active subjects

• Previous Teaching Assistant experience is required
• SEND experience is a bonus but not essential
• Ability to support learners with various complex needs
• Willingness to build deep, meaningful relationships
• Ability to work independently while remaining a proactive part of a close-knit team
• Eligibility to work in the UK
