Sen Teaching Assistant

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with various needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, or physical disabilities
• Work within the Reigate primary school circuit on a flexible basis
• Implement EHCP goals and adapt to different learning styles to help pupils thrive
• Guide students toward self-reliance in a Supportive, Successful, and Safe environment
• Work alongside Class Teachers and SENCOs to ensure every child has a positive school day

• Proven experience working with children with SEN is a must
• Resilience: The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage complex behaviours effectively
• Knowledge: Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or positive de-escalation techniques is highly desirable
• Commitment: A dedicated approach to student progress and a 'lifelong learner' mindset
• Logistics: Ideally based in or near Reigate with a proactive approach to daily supply bookings
