SEN Teaching Assistant

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Promote inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment

• Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable)
• Be patient, empathetic, and resilient
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
• An Enhanced DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one)
