We are looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Kidderminster. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs.
Job Responsibility:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Promote inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour
Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
Requirements:
Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable)
Be patient, empathetic, and resilient
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
An Enhanced DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one)
