Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our specialist foundation school. We cater to learners with a wide range of complex needs, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). As a specialist hub for Communication and Interaction, we provide an environment where every 'small win' is a major milestone. You will play a pivotal role in delivering both educational and personal support, ensuring our students have the tools they need to thrive.

Job Responsibility

Provide Holistic Support in all areas of learning including social, emotional, and physical development
Empower Learners: promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence
Create Opportunities: identify and create learning moments tailored to individual student profiles
Collaborate: act as a positive role model within the staff team
