Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) in Oldham. This is a vital role within a nurturing, inclusive environment dedicated to helping young people with SEMH and behavioural needs re-engage with learning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive change, inspire progress, and make a difference every day
  • Helping young people with SEMH and behavioural needs re-engage with learning

Requirements:

  • Hold TA qualifications (Level 2 or above)
  • Be a strong behaviour specialist, calm under pressure and consistent in approach
  • Have experience in PRU, SEMH, or alternative provision settings
  • Be adaptable, positive, and able to build genuine relationships with students
