Job Description:

We are currently looking for a two SEN teaching assistants to join a really lovely school in Hackney to support a pupil with SEN on a 1 to 1 basis. Both pupils are joining the school in reception and will require support in all aspects of learning, playing and interacting with peers and the wider school community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting a pupil with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis
  • Support in all aspects of learning, playing and interacting with peers and the wider school community

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special needs in other settings
  • Good support from the school’s SEND coordinator and class teachers
  • Training will be given
