Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and attentive SEN Support Specialist to provide bespoke aid and improve student results.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in planning and executing vibrant lessons that are adapted for various student abilities
Help pupils understand curriculum topics and develop essential scholastic skills
Foster a nurturing and welcoming classroom culture that promotes participation and a love for learning
Observe and record student growth, providing the required assistance and helpful feedback

Requirements:

Hands-on, non-teaching experience supporting pupils within a school environment
Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills to relay instructions and understand student needs
Previous experience working in schools, including familiarity with personal care tasks
The ability to stay calm and patient when working with students who have different learning speeds, needs, and behaviours
A current Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply for a new one immediately
Legal authorisation to work in the UK
Ready to begin employment straight away
