Looking for the Perfect Springboard for Your Psychology Career? If you are a Psychology graduate with classroom experience, you already know that theory is only half the story. If you're looking to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world clinical or educational practice, this is the role you've been waiting for. Our specialist independent school in Wilmslow supports up to 50 young people (aged 5-19) with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and associated neurodivergent profiles. Having recently achieved "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings in Behaviour & Attitudes and Personal Development, we provide an environment where psychological principles are put into practice every single day. We are looking for a data-driven, empathetic, and insight-led SEN Teaching Assistant who wants to understand the why behind behaviour and make a tangible impact.
