SEN Teaching Assistant

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with various needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, or physical disabilities
• Implement EHCP goals and adapt to different learning styles
• Guide students toward self-reliance in a Supportive, Successful, and Safe environment
• Work alongside Class Teachers and SENCOs to ensure every child has a positive school day

• Proven experience working with children with SEN
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage complex behaviours effectively
• Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or positive de-escalation techniques
• A dedicated approach to student progress and a lifelong learner mindset
• Ideally based in or near Reigate with a proactive approach to daily supply bookings
