SEN Teaching Assistant

• Provide tailored support to learners individually, in small groups, and within whole-class settings
• Cultivate a nurturing, warm, and supportive environment for students, fostering a sense of safety and joy in their learning
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, engaging, and customized educational activities aligned with a diverse curriculum
• Strive to empower pupils to reach their full potential across all learning domains

• Relevant childcare experience (voluntary or paid) with the ability to furnish references
• Previous exposure or voluntary engagement with SEN students is advantageous
• GCSE qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
