Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand new secondary school, specialising in supporting students with complex needs. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to be founding members of our team for a new school that opened in September 2025 in the Chaldon, Surrey area.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting students with their learning across a personalised and exciting curriculum, allied to the National Curriculum
  • Fostering the general wellbeing of students in a caring and safe environment
  • Implementing positive behaviour management strategies, adopting a tailored approach for individual children
  • Assisting with care needs from time to time, as required
  • Working within a model that utilises small classes and a supernumerary multi-disciplinary intervention team
