Job Description:

A fantastic Primary School in the Borough of Bexley is searching for multiple SEN Teaching Assistants to join their diverse and progressive team. Recognised for being one of the best schools situated within Bexley, this opportunity includes SEN training, support from experienced teachers, and the option for salaried teacher training. Responsibilities include supporting SEN children (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia) across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, combined with various professional development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting a variety of SEN: Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD and behavioural difficulties
Working across either EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (School will play to personal strengths)
1:1 and group support – In and out of the classroom
Attending weekly training sessions
Working alongside a range of professionals and SENCO
A whole focus on increasing the quality of learning for both its staff and pupils

Requirements:

Degree from a reputable University
Must have an outgoing, forward-thinking and creative personality
You must be willing to learn and get stuck in multiple roles
Strong understanding of SEN is required
Previous SEN experience in either a working or personal level would be desirable, but not essential

Nice to have:

Previous SEN experience in either a working or personal level
