Job Responsibility:
Providing tailored one-to-one or small-group support to students with various SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
Assisting the teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Collaborating closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to ensure consistency of care
Fostering positive social and emotional development and managing classroom behavior
Requirements:
Proven experience supporting children with diverse SEN requirements
A patient, compassionate, and highly adaptable nature
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive attitude and commitment to professional growth
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are desirable
