Job Description:

We support pupils aged 2-11 who have a range of severe learning difficulties (SLD), as well as complex medical and care needs. This is a role that requires heart, patience, and a 'can-do' attitude. While the environment is busy and the work is challenging, the rewards of seeing our pupils achieve their individual milestones are unmatched.

Job Responsibility:

Support pupils aged 2-11 with severe learning difficulties (SLD), complex medical and care needs

Requirements:

Compassionate
Adaptable
Experience with children with special needs, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Background in medical or health care (transferable skills)
Team player
Calm demeanour
Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
