Job Responsibility:
Provide essential one-on-one and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs
Work closely with the class teacher to effectively implement personalised learning plans
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment
Assist with lesson preparation and track student progress
Serve as a key mentor, guiding students in achieving their academic and personal goals
Requirements:
A minimum of six months of prior experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school
A compassionate, patient, and energetic approach to supporting students with SEN
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
A current Enhanced DBS check is required, or the willingness to apply for one immediately
