Job Description:

This is a full-time opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a well-regarded school approved by Ofsted as 'good', serving students in Key Stages 1, 2, and 3. The role focuses on supporting students with autism spectrum disorder and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues, and behavioral challenges. Applicants must be dynamic, resilient, and flexible, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Responsibility:

Support learners individually, in small groups, and in whole-class settings
Create a warm, caring, and supportive environment for students, fostering a sense of safety and enjoyment in their learning journey
Contribute to delivering high-quality, challenging, and tailored educational activities that align with a diverse and comprehensive curriculum
Aim to help pupils reach their full potential across all areas of learning

Requirements:

Relevant childcare experience (voluntary or paid) (Must be able to provide references)
Experience working or volunteering with SEN (desirable)
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
