Job Description:

Psychology Graduates – SEN Teaching Assistant role supporting SEN pupils at Westminster Primary School. Working with a friendly, warm and high-achieving successful school to help children with special educational needs.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting children 1:1 with mild-moderate SEN including Autism (ASD), Speech and Language issues, Communication and Social interaction issues, mild behaviour issues
Support children inside and outside of the classroom on a 1-2-1 basis and small group interventions when required
Provide a 'consistent face' to the children so they are comfortable and can progress in a safe and stimulating environment

Requirements:

Psychology Graduate
Bright, switched-on at the beginning of their career
Dedicated to changing the lives of young people
Ready and open-minded to work with a mixture of pupils across Key Stages
Positive, friendly, and excellent communication skills
