Job Description:

Are you passionate about working with children and making a real impact? We're looking for enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join an amazing team at a school dedicated to supporting autistic children. This is a truly rewarding opportunity where your contributions will directly help pupils learn, grow, and develop their potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning
  • Provide individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs
  • Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference
  • A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others
  • A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support pupils
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above)
  • A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
  • Access to your own transport
