Sen Teaching Assistant

• Support students with their learning and personal care needs as required
• Follow individualized plans to address sensory, communication, and behavioural needs
• Build positive, caring relationships with students to ensure they feel secure and engaged
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to foster independence and personal development
• Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality, tailored educational experiences
• Adapt to varying duties as needed in our dynamic SEN environment

• Experience working with SEN, either in a paid or voluntary role
• Level 2 qualification or above in Support Work for Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent) is desirable
• GCSEs in Maths and English at Level 2/C or above
• Understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection principles
• Knowledge or experience with SEN, SEMH, or ASD
• Flexibility and a strong commitment to supporting individual student needs
• Creativity and professionalism in working with students and colleagues
