SEN Teaching Assistant | Life-Changing Career Opportunity. Location: Near Crawley/Lingfield Area. Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term-Time Only). Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (ASAP Start). We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join an award-winning, nationally recognized specialist school for learners aged 5-19. Job Responsibility

  • 1:1 Mentorship: Work closely with individual learners to build their confidence and help them master new skills
  • Inclusive Learning: Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where students feel empowered to learn
  • Holistic Support: Support the educational and emotional well-being of 90+ incredible learners

Requirements

  • Experience: Background in childcare, TA work, or care (SEN experience is a major plus)
  • Character: A calm, nurturing, and resilient individual who thrives in a specialist setting
  • Essentials: GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) and eligibility to work in the UK
