Job Description:

This job offers an opportunity to support SEN learners with complex needs in an established school. The role involves working 1:1 with learners, promoting a fun learning environment. It includes full-time, term-time work from Monday to Friday, 8:30-4PM. The school supports learners aged 5-19 years, offering GCSE, A Levels, and vocational courses. The position is temporary-to-permanent, with interviews occurring within the next 3 weeks.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
Supporting the educational and general well being of SEN learners
Promoting, encouraging and creating a fun and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

Relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience (Must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs (desirable)
Calm, nurturing and resilient individual
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
