Perfect for those pursuing careers in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or SEN Teaching.\nMeaningful Work: Experience the immense reward of helping a student reach a milestone, whether it's a social breakthrough, a new communication skill, or an academic achievement.\nWeekly Pay: Competitive daily rates of £90 - £95, paid every Friday via Randstad.\n\nYour Role as an SEN Advocate\n\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you are the student's bridge to the world, ensuring their environment is safe, inclusive, and stimulating.\n\nPersonalised Learning: Follow and implement EHCP goals, adapting classroom activities to meet the specific sensory and cognitive needs of the student.\nCommunication Support: Utilise alternative communication methods such as PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), Makaton, or AAC devices to give every child a voice.\nEmotional Regulation: Act as a calm consistent presence, recognising early signs of distress and using sensory breaks or de-escalation strategies to support the student's wellbeing.\nCollaborative Care: Work closely with the Class Teacher, SENCO, and external therapists to ensure a holistic approach to the child's development and safety.\n\nEssential Requirements\n\nWe value empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for inclusion.
