SEN Teaching Assistant: Make a Difference Every Day! This rewarding opportunity seeks enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join a dedicated team at a school. Your contributions will directly help students with diverse needs learn, grow, and develop their potential.

Job Responsibility:

Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support student learning
Student Champion: Provide individualised support, helping students with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs
Engaging Learning: Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every student

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference
A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others
A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support students
A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
