Job Description:

Justteachers partners with a mainstream Primary school in Blackley who is currently recruiting 2 SEN Teaching Assistants for roles starting ASAP. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and are ready to begin work immediately.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group support
  • Adapt learning resources to meet individual EHCP targets
  • Support pupils with communication and sensory needs
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Encourage independence and confidence

Requirements:

  • Previous SEN experience in education or care settings
  • Understanding of autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs
  • Calm, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships
  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
