Job Description

Join a dedicated team within a unique environment that supports children and young people (aged 4-19) with complex neurological conditions, epilepsy, autism, and learning difficulties. Offering both day and residential placements, we provide a holistic approach to education and wellbeing, ensuring our students feel safe, understood, and empowered.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting students with complex needs, ensuring their safety and engagement in learning activities
  • Maintaining a calm and vigilant approach to supporting students with epilepsy and other neurological conditions
  • Implementing tailored strategies for autism and learning difficulties as outlined in EHCPs
  • Helping students navigate the move between classroom learning and their residential environment
