SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (Bridgwater). Part-Time | Competitive Salary | Make a Real Difference! Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Do you want to make a positive impact every single day? We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary schools in Bridgwater. This is a part-time role supporting children 1:1 who need extra attention and care to reach their full potential. If you’re patient, empathetic, and love seeing children succeed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
  • A caring, patient, and positive attitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships and encourage confidence
