We Pay for your Degrees: Want to be a qualified teacher or a specialist? We fully fund your training and qualifications. Total Support: You'll work in an NAS-accredited team with on-site therapists. You are hands-on-this role includes personal care and physical support for students with complex medical needs. It's active, physical, and rewarding. You have Level 2 (Grade C/4) Maths & English (this is the only "must-have"). The Role in a Nutshell: This isn't a "sit at the back of the class" job. You will be a mentor and a guide for students (ages 6-19) with Autism, ADHD, and complex physical disabilities. You'll help them manage sensory overload, support them through their personal care routines, and celebrate every tiny victory as they prepare for adulthood. Ready to make a move?
