Job Description:

This teaching assistant position in Reading, offers a great opportunity for those passionate about supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and moderate to severe learning needs. The role involves working closely with students to help them achieve their full potential, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in delivering meaningful educational experiences for students
  • Promote student welfare and contribute to behaviour management
  • Support teachers in day-to-day classroom activities
  • Support pupils' learning and well-being, assist teachers, and contribute to the smooth running of the school

Requirements:
