Job Description:

Join a nationally renowned specialist school, located right in your community, on a mission to make a difference! We are actively seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of this dynamic team immediately. This school supports approximately 70 pupils with moderate to severe SEN, including Autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs.

Job Responsibility:

support pupils with additional needs
use a creative approach to support students according to their educational needs
ensure the curriculum is delivered in a way that meets students' needs

Requirements:

experience working with vulnerable individuals
ability to build rapport with primary/secondary pupils
passionate about SEN
able to take initiative both in and between classes
