We are recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for daily and long-term roles at wonderful specialist schools across Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding West Suffolk area. A patient, nurturing, and robust nature-specialist environments require high emotional resilience and a calm, reassuring demeanour
Previous experience supporting children or adults with additional needs (experience with non-verbal communication, sensory processing, or de-escalation strategies is highly valued)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and parents
An adaptable mindset, ready to step into different classrooms and quickly build a safe, positive rapport with pupils
A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one)
