Job Description:

SEN Teaching Assistant - Inclusive School - Lancing. An inclusive and community-focused school in Lancing is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support learners with diverse needs. You will play a key role in ensuring all students feel safe, supported and empowered to succeed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide classroom and 1:1 SEN support
  • Support emotional wellbeing and social development
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback
  • Encourage engagement and participation

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting ASD/ADHD/SEMH
  • Positive behaviour support knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS clearance

Nice to have:

  • ability to track progression in attainment
