Develop a connection of trust with every child and speak to them in terms they can understand. Encourage diversity, acceptance, and inclusion, and make sure all the children have equal access to learning and growth. Encourage children's involvement and make sure they are paying attention during the lesson. Provide opportunities for developing independence.
