As a day-to-day supply SEN TA, your core focus will be to step in and support specific children 1:1 who require extra assistance with their learning, communication, or emotional needs. You will quickly adapt to the pupil's routine, helping them access the mainstream curriculum and follow their tailored learning plans. Working on a supply basis requires a proactive approach, as you will collaborate on the day with class teachers and the school's SENCO to ensure the pupil feels secure, included, and supported throughout the school day.
