The number one specialist school local to you is seeking a passionate, flexible, SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time, permanent position. Job Responsibility

  • Providing tailored 1:1 support, small group interventions, and whole-class assistance for SEN learners
  • Managing diverse, mixed-ability classroom dynamics alongside the lead teacher
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding student milestones and progress
  • Actively participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school CPD training events

Requirements

  • Proven prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a dedicated childcare, education or care setting
  • UK based experience
  • Right to work in the UK is required
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a deep-seated passion for supporting complex needs
