Job Description:

SEN Teaching Assistant - Day-to-Day Supply. Location: Primary Schools in Reigate and surrounding areas. Make an Impact in Reigate Classrooms. We are looking for exceptional SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, specifically supporting primary settings in the Reigate area. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for Nurturing Independence in children, we want to hear from you. This is a Day-to-Day Supply role, offering you the flexibility to work within the local Reigate community while making a profound impact on the lives of students with SEND.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with various needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, or physical disabilities
  • Implement EHCP goals and adapt to different learning styles
  • Guide students toward self-reliance
  • Work alongside Class Teachers and SENCOs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN
  • Resilience
  • Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or positive de-escalation techniques
  • Commitment
  • Ideally based in or near Reigate
