Job Responsibility
Work 1:1 to implement EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets using sensory breaks, visual timetables, and simplified tasks
Assist students in developing self-regulation skills and social confidence in a mainstream or resource-base setting
Work closely with the SENCO, parents, and external therapists to track progress and adjust support strategies
Ensure every student, regardless of their needs, feels safe, valued, and included in school life
Requirements
