Job Responsibility:
Work 1:1 to implement EHCP targets using sensory breaks, visual timetables, and simplified tasks
Assist students in developing self-regulation skills and social confidence
Work closely with the SENCO, parents, and external therapists to track progress and adjust support strategies
Ensure every student feels safe, valued, and included in school life
Requirements:
Have a person-first mindset
Are resilient and calm
Have relevant experience (school, care, youth work, or personal background with SEND)
Are committed (hold an enhanced DBS or willing to apply, dedicated to Safeguarding and pupil welfare)
