Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to student needs
  • Monitor student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Cultivate a safe, supportive, and positive classroom atmosphere
  • Collaborate effectively with a talented and passionate teaching team
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and their families
  • Contribute to our positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving licence is essential
  • Experience supporting students with SEN is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Professional Knowledge of SEN and secondary education
