Job Responsibility

  • Personalised Support: Work 1:1 to implement EHCP targets using sensory breaks, visual timetables, and simplified tasks
  • Emotional Coaching: Assist students in developing self-regulation skills and social confidence in a mainstream or resource-base setting
  • Collaborative Reporting: Work closely with the SENCO, parents, and external therapists to track progress and adjust support strategies
  • Inclusion Advocacy: Ensure every student, regardless of their needs, feels safe, valued, and included in school life
