To keep our mission moving forward, we're looking for a Teaching Assistant / Trainee SEN Teacher to join our permanent team. The Career Path: From TA to Qualified Teacher. We don't expect you to have all the answers on day one. We are looking for potential. This is a fully funded training role designed to take you from Teaching Assistant to a member of our teaching team within 1-2 years.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality, sensory-led educational activities
Working 1:1 or with small groups
Helping children who may have struggled in mainstream education finally find a place where they can succeed

Requirements:

GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Creative and Resilient
Committed
Experience volunteering or working with young people is a plus
