SEN Teaching Assistant

• Deliver tailored one-on-one and small group support for students with diverse SEN requirements
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff on implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel respected and encouraged
• Assist with the preparation of learning resources and monitor student academic and personal progress

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a UK school setting as an SEN TA
• Exceptional patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
