Job Responsibility
Supporting pupils with autism on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting with structured learning across a broad curriculum
Supporting communication, emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
Helping pupils develop independence, confidence and life skills
Working closely with teachers, therapists and senior leaders
Contributing to a safe, consistent and engaging learning environment
Requirements
Experience working with children or young people (SEN, education, care or youth work)
Calm, patient and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
